Setting FLUIDWELL Pump Pressure Display
FLUIDWELL F053-A (Pressure Monitor with High/ Low Pressure Alarms)
On the pump pressure display, set the following parameters as listed per the manufacturers instructions, usually using for Single Pump on Oilfield Services;

On the pump pressure display, set the following parameters as listed per the manufacturers instructions, usually using for Single Pump on Oilfield Services;
For PRESSURE:
- Set UNIT
parameter to PSI
- Set
DECIMALS parameter to 00000
- Set SPAN to
15000 (or max range of PSI xdcr)
- Set OFFSET
to 0
For ALARM
(OPKO):
- Set
PRESSURE ZERO to IGNORE
- Set ALARM
LOW to 0
- Set ALARM
HIGH to
desired kick out pressure
- Set DELAY
ALARM LOW to 0 (or lowest value)
- Set DELAY
ALARM HIGH to 0 (or lowest value)
- Set ALARM
OUTPUT to HIGH
For DISPLAY:
- Set SET
ALARM to OPERATOR
- Set
BARGRAPH to ON (if present)
- Set
BACKLIGHT to OFF (or GREEN/ AMBER)
For POWERMAN:
- Set LCD NEW
to FAST
- Set
BATTMODE to OPERA
For SENSOR:
- Set FORMULA
to INTERPOLATION
- Set FILTER
to 0
- Set CUTOFF
to 0.0
- Set
CALIBRATE LOW to CALIBRATE (this will zero the meter to the actual zero
pressure output of the transmitter – do this only while the sensor is connected
and unit is not operating).
