Output Tests

Output Tests (Only available for 5th Gen Controls Systems)

Temporarily turns ON and OFF output wires.
The vehicle should be stopped and Transmission should be in Neutral/ Park to run any Output Tests.

#To Initiate the Output Tests:

1). Connect ALLISON Transmission using ALLISON DOC Software. Read More: How to Connecting ALLISON Transmission using ALLISON DOC Software.

2). Select the Action Request drop-down menu.

3). Click on the Output Tests menu item.

3). The Output Tests warning message displays.
4). Click Accept to accept responsibility, the Output Test window displays as Figure 1.1 above.

5). From the Current Output drop-down list, select an output wire to test.

6). Click the ON or OFF button to test the output wire. The Signal State and lamp should change accordingly. Use Data Monitor to monitoring the Signal State on Allison DOC. Read More: Data Monitor on ALLISON DOC Software (ALLISON Transmission).
